Debugging on a physical device (Apple TV running tvOS 16.1) fails with Xcode 14 (& .1 & .2)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a classic Xamarin.tvOS project
2. Try debugging on a physical device (Apple TV running tvOS 16.1) over network

Expected Behavior

It should install and deploy the app successfully on an Apple TV running tvOS 16.1 when built using Xcode 14.2

Actual Behavior

Deployment fails with an error (see below)

Unless I missed it Xamarin does not support Xcode 14.2 yet. Can you confirm that this is still a problem with xcode 14.1?

You can use Xcodes App to manually manage versions, or you can install from Apple developer portal.

I have not tested Xcode 14.1 particular but I got the same results with Xcode 14 and the latest Xamarin.iOS SDK from VS for Mac.
