I have VS2019 16.3.1
Xamarin iOS and Xamarin.Mac SDK - 13.2.0.42 (5e8a208)
I noticed when it worked correctly that when 'Start with debugging' the app would start automatically on the simulator but now I must manually start the app. It appears as though it's debugging as breakpoints are red but none of them are hit and then when I click to add an additional breakpoint I get the following within the output window:
(Exception of type 'Mono.Debugger.Soft.VMDisconnectedException' was thrown.)

When I first started developing iOS app in VS2019 using macincloud the simulator worked great and I was able to attach and debug, this did not last long unfortunately. Is anyone else facing this issue? I have reported at the following location also but not hopeful whereas here seems to have a great community:
