AVS3(10bit)-AVS2-CAVS_Win64-4f899ef

Updated AVS3 to 10 bit and fixed an AVS2 exception.

Before rebuilding it, be sure to overwrite the downloaded ffmpeg with files from "ffmpeg.-eaff5fcb7cde8d1614755269773d471d3a3d1bfc.zip" to enable avs3 video decoding.

To enable AVS3 10bit, change BIT_DEPTH in "\uavs3d\source\decore\com_def.h" to 10. Don't use clang to compile davs2 as it generates invalid instructions.
