Detection of structural subunits in PDB files (plugin for PyMOL). Further description in project documentation (CZ).
- Run this software via PyMOL by executing
run project.py. PyMOL will automatically show detected structural subunits and save the results to the output file specified in configuration file configuration.txt - Configuration can be set in "configuration.txt" file
