This to improve the performance, before was for every FileOpen the whole list readed and created to become the only needed info from there. This makes a reduced way where it specially check about wanted part.
Before it has taken much, much more time during file scans as it was delayed by his stop and related other process has been wait. Also was there massive Kodi freeze problems, sepcially during End and Quit of Kodi.
Before was not on all cases a directory detected and wrongly shown as file.
