The TVDB scrapper fails with "ERROR: PCRE: Match limit reached" when title or series contain an "&" character.
Tested with: 2a4e36a

Logfile: http://sprunge.us/beUC

TVShows toplevel is set to "video/Serien"

Directory structure:
"TVShows/Tatort Thiel & Boerne"
"Tatort_Thiel_&_Boerne-S01Enn-title.mp4"
