libinput: add support for absolute pointer motion #15032

This is needed for devices that send absolute pointer motion (such as VNC inputs)

Thanks, tested fine on RPi3B+ using current LibreELEC alpha with this PR on top of Kodi 18-rc2 and dispmanx_vnc.

This also fixes issues with VNC on OSMC.
