remove temporary python files for windows. (d8343aa)
these are now available from our mirrors.

A clearer PR title would have helped @ronie, and a link to #16116 perhaps, that would have saved the time I spent discussing this with @Rechi this morning and rising #16911. @Montellese didn't spot it either.

No blame @ronie I simply wish I and others had seen this PR. Certainly a request for clearer titles - "cleanup pt.1" tells nothing. Is there a pt.2?
