GameEngine -- class handeling level steps and states. #22

This class will handle:
- auto wave launches (care of time between waves)
- messages sent to the player (Ex: "GameOver!","new wave!" )
- life gained / lost
- start_wave button state
- Display of the LevelFinished Information "window"

OK see age-of-tower/src/com/nsx/ageoftower/utils/AotGameEngine.java branch enemmy_deplacement.
