Depends on the idea of "upgrade" - probably doesn't make sense to keep bugfixes around, but minor versions can differ substantially.

At least for prereleases, we should do something like this:

  • Extract prerelease build numbers
  • Use liferaft to compare them
  • Allow updating prereleases
