Run source-analysis only once

This in part of doing work for a bunch of issues (listed at the end). Essentially source analysis is ran for every binary file which is unnecessary as it uses the cargo workspace to find the source anyway so could just run once. This would improve performance and also if we start tracing binaries down (like all the issues at the end require), reanalysising the source constantly would become prohibitive.
