panorama - downsample spherical panorama images

wrote this from the need to create low resolution spherical environment maps from high quality / high resolution panorama images with lesser pinch effect on the poles.

there is of course the polar distortion module in gimp but it is very cumbersome to do it that way and it destroys a lot of detail.

only P6 ppm in srgb and 8bit per channel images for output and input supported at the moment.

usage is simple ("wxh" output resolution, "input.ppm" input image):

# ./panorama wxh input.ppm

this will create an "output.ppm" file.

w and h should be smaller or equal to the input

be very patient, as the downsampler code is implemented very naively, doing a lot of redundant work and not optimized for speed.
