GitHub Pages is not enabled in this repository because we managed the documentation site for xef.ai in this other GitHub repository: https://github.com/xebia-functional/xef-website. This was causing the GitHub workflow for publishing the documentation consistently to fail. This pull request removes the unnecessary GitHub Actions workflow file to avoid confusion.
