Within libpalertc which "palert" stand for Palert seismic sensor, and "c" stands for C language & Communication.
Nothing special, it can be compiled under standard C library.

makeormake staticto get the static librarylibpalertc.a - Or run
make shareormake dynamicto get the shared librarylibpalertc.so - Then you can run
sudo make installto install this library to/usr/local
