Fixes:

 - Fix JSON decode error for array of strings (#50)
 - [base] Array shall add Strings as simple strings
 - [base] enforce compressed public key
 - [scripts] master child keys, disable qr codes allow different prefix (STM, PeerPlays etc)
 - add int() to avoid the str/int error
 - fix the type bug in returnTradeHistory method and make it work for BTS_CNY market
