Add nllb (#58)

* Add NLLB-200

* Improve readme and docs

* Fix tests

* Bump version

* Bump pytho nrequirements

* Add new module

* Improve tests and fix capitalization errors

* Change behvaior of _resolve_lang_codes to resolve one at the time

* Add new max token length default to 512, update tests

* Add demo
