Universal Robot UR5 and Golf platform environment

This package to create an environment for UR5 to play the golf in Gazebo simulation. With implementation Deep Reinforcement Learning algorithm to training UR5 how to play the golf. In this case, DDPG and HER algorithm were implemented. The source code of training will be uploaded in the next short time.
