Dataset: No data message

Recreate Issues as follows:

Scenario 1:

1. Add an empty dataset widget on a layout
2. Set the No data message

Expected result: Shows the set message
Actual Result: Shows undefined on the layout editor

Scenario 2:

1. Add the empty dataset to a playlist on a lyout
2. Set the No data message

Expected result: Layout preview should show the set no data message
Actual Result: Shows nothing when layout is previewed
