Marquee Up: RSS feed widget not scrolling

Steps to Reproduce:

• Click on Add layout
• Select and place a RSS Ticker widget Static Template(e.g., Title Only)
• Set Feed URL as http://xibo.org.uk/feed
• Go to Appearance Tab, and set Effect as Marquee Up and Speed as 3
• Set duration to 15s
• Expand the widget to full screen
• Publish and Schedule on Player

Expected
Marquee Up: Display items in a scrolling fashion from bottom to top over a 15-second cycle.
Actual: Displays all items stagnant on the player.

Note:

When Marquee Down is applied the player does not show any items, however if we place the RSS widget in a certain position (e.g., top: 376, left: 215, width: 1487 and height:561), the player seems to show the items scrolling. (ID: 2010)

Marquee Left/Right works as expected.
