Open keyboard option on window options

Would be nice to have a quick keyboard open option beside the window options bottom bar

Improvement to this:

Clicking Keyboard icon on window bar will open the keyboard if it's not.

If it is open, or after it gets opened, it will attach the keyboard to that window until clicked again, at which point it'll drop the keyboard/disable it.

This would be great, when I first saw the improved buttons, I realized I wanted a keyboard button there.
