When an invalid argument is supplied to the meme command it runs indefinitely, blocking the heartbeat.

In commit 152d461, tried to fix. Awaiting results.

This issue seems to be fixed; however the meme command now returns an error saying it cannot retrieve data, most of the time.

Looking into this later.
