Support Scala 2.12

Do you have plans to update the build for 2.12.1? They also recommend using sbt 0.13.13.

Yes, I've been waiting for dependency Scala libraries used by Xitrum to be updated to use Scala 2.12.

Currently, the only remaining one is curly. But because it's only used in tests, I plan to replace it with something else, and release a new Xitrum version very soon (this week).

I've just released Xitrum 3.28.2. This version adds support for Scala 2.12.

To update Xitrum in your project, see this example:
