Enchancement - Allow to save lightning component (like Mavens Mate) #160

Please can you add feature that allows to save lightning component files like Apex class and Visualforce page. At the moment we have to deploy the component and sometime deployment takes couple to seconds and override all files of the lightning component.

@Shababsoft sorry about that, it's too busy these months, I will continue to maintain this plugin when I am free.

@xjsender At the moment individual files of a lightning component cannot be saved like apex and visualforce, we have to deploy the whole component. There is no option to Save to Server and Refresh from Server on any file of lightning component.

Scenario: I only want to save Helper or Controller file synchronously when I save a file or using Save to Server (not Deploy to Server), so I don't have to wait couple of seconds before the whole component is deployed asynchronously.

@Shababsoft I see, metadata api can only deploy whole component but not separated one, I will try to investigate on that.

@xjsender May be you can use tooling API for lightning component.
