Group Monitor: auto-scroll

It would be nice if the group monitor table would auto-scroll when new rows are added and last scroll position was at bottom of the table.

Maybe add a footer to the table with scroll-controls (like the pagination footer) where one can jump to top/bottom of list and activate/deactivate auto-scroll.

The free-loot option here would be to invert the table order. Inserting new telegrams on top instead of pushing them at bottom moves the other telegrams down automatically.

I honestly don't see any issue with this right now. The free-loot option can already be achieved by using the already working sorting on the time field:

Should we make this sorting default?
