Release notes:

• New feature: initial VT100/ANSI terminal support by @LeifBloomquist
• Bugfix: terminal ASCII mode didn't work (F6 key). Fixed.

VT100/ANSI mode is automatically set connecting to a UNIX host running telnetd daemon.
Suggestion: run the command set TERM=vt100 when connected to the host.
When connected in VT100/ANSI mode, the F6 switch (PETSCII/ASCII) won't have any effect.

• F5: DOS Wedge: send DOS commands to drive(s)
