Compile error with xpack and unity_build #4877

Xmake Version

2.8.9

Operating System Version and Architecture

Windows 10 version 22H2

Describe Bug

The build fails with error:

test\xmake\build\.gens\test\windows\unity_build\unity_1.cpp(1): fatal error C1014: too many include files: depth = 1024

when executing xmake pack with unity_build is enabled.

Indeed, the unity_1.cpp file content is:

#include "unity_1.cpp"

It compiles normally when executing directly xmake build or disabling unity_build.

Expected Behavior

It should compile.

try it again. xmake update -s dev
