stringprep directory have some Perl scripts and bat files inside of its unicode and steps subdirectories. We need to review this and maybe even drop completely.

Current code it working hard to follow https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6122 (especially the section on STRINGPREP and NAMEPREP usage). Need to check that we're following the latest version of the standard; it seems that it has already been replaced.

Aha, the latest RFC 7622 "defines the XMPP address format in a way that no longer depends on stringprep". That's interesting.
