Really appreciate this work. I've been sick over the holidays, and have not had a chance to merge your two PRs. Would it be possible for you to make a branch with both PRs on your GitHub fork? Will gladly merge both, but do not have time to reconcile the commits as they have conflicts when trying to rebase both onto master. Thanks. |

Allow to skip drawing the summary/footer if a
footer=offoption is passed. This should match psql, there's afootervar described in the manual in the\psetsection.
