XP 12 compatibility:

  • Remove PHP < 7.4 from test matrix
  • Update dependencies to include newest major releases
  • Adopt PHP 7.4 syntax where applicable
  • Remove emitters for PHP 7.0 - 7.3 (as we don't have the possibility to test it anyway)
