It would more flexible if command option like

luarocks install rapidjson RAPIDJSON_INCLUDE_DIRS=path/to/system/json/include

make Lua rapidjson use the RapidJSON in path/to/system/rapidjson/include.

Done in commit 9b46c91

luarocks install rapidjson RAPIDJSON_INCLUDE_DIRS=path/to/rapidjson/include/dir
