DE install시 welcome_content 미출력

[nginx-x]

1. Upload/Unzip latest XE Core.
2. Install it using language: DE.
3. When it done, you can see this error in welcome_page.
   Err : './modules/install/script/welcome_content/welcome_content_de' template file does not exists.

most of supported languages are in folder like
root@ubuntu:/home/blog/www/modules/install/script/welcome_content# ls
welcome_content_en.html welcome_content_mn.html welcome_content_zh-TW.html
welcome_content_es.html welcome_content_ru.html welcome.css
welcome_content_fr.html welcome_content_tr.html welcome.gif
welcome_content_jp.html welcome_content_vi.html
welcome_content_ko.html welcome_content_zh-CN.html
