관리자 좌측 메뉴 탭에서 '설정', '고급' 메뉴가 기본으로 활성화 되어 있지 않아 처음 사용하는 사용자들이 찾기 쉽지 않음

'설정', '고급' 메뉴 탭이 항상 노출 되도록 수정
