녹음 기능으로 blob 파일 전송할 경우 비디오 관련 정보가 없어서 발생하는 오류 #1306

녹음 기능을 이용해서 수집한 정보를 서버로 바로 보내는 경우 video 로 인식되어 처리되는 케이스가 있음 (크롬에서 발견된 문제)

이 때 VideoHandler 에서 video 변수를 찾을 수 없어 오류 발생함
