wysiwyg 에디터를 사용하여 컨텐츠를 작성하는 경우
purifier 에 의한 필터링으로 인해 원하는 형태의 결과물이 나오지 않는 경우가 발생하여
관련된 요소를 수정하도록 함

#484 HTMLPurifier 설정 변경

- 기본 설정(config/purifier.php)은 좀 더 제한적인 설정을 가지도록 함
  - 이미지, 리스트, 테이블 및 글자 모양새를 설정하는 등의 기본적인 태그는 사용할 수 있음
  - 이전에 비하면 좀 더 자유로움
- `Xpressengine\Support\Purifier`
  - 기본 설정보다 좀 더 많은 태그 및 속성을 사용할 수 있음
  - HTMLPurifier의 Module 방식을 적용하여 `EditorTool`, `Widget`을 정의하고 적용할 수 있도록 함
  - `allowModule()`, `disallowModule`로 이 모듈을 추가하거나 다른 모듈을 제거할 수 있음

- 이름이 변경된 EditorTool은 당분간 EditorContent로 교체하여 사용할 수 있도록 유지 함
