The /usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindPythonLibs.cmake and /usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindPythonInterp.cmake files both say:
If calling both
find_package(PythonInterp)andfind_package(PythonLibs), callfind_package(PythonInterp)first to get the currently active Python version by default with a consistent version of PYTHON_LIBRARIES.
