2.5.10 internal release

Bugfix for run out of connection pool

1. Set max connection to 200 instead of default value 100
2. Add exception handler
3. Change version to 2.5.10

Pre-release only for internal usage

Bugfix for the exception "Jenkins.instance is missing"

Due to the issue doesn't affact to redirect logs, I just made a little change
to avaid the exception always be printed on console.
