Bug description

1.Tried to follow readme steps for installing on windows, after following the first step and going to the latest release ( v0.3.1.9)
2. I found no g4f.exe.zip file
3. After some searching I found the desired files only in v0.3.1.7

This means that the link in the README should instead link you to v0.3.1.7
