[Enhancement] Make the screenshot times human-readable #163

Right now, when you take a screenshot, the name of the screenshot is in Epoch time. This isn't human readable and would need to be converted using a website or something like that. It would be better if it was human readable. It could be something like shot-%d.%m.%y or $d$m$y etc. It would be much nicer
