UT Converter is a program that helps converting maps from Unreal (Tournament) previous games
to UT3 (2007) and UT4 (2015).
This program is not affiliated with Epic Games or any of its subsidiaries.
$\color{#58A6FF}\textsf{\Largeⓘ\kern{0.2cm}\normalsize Note:}$ Conversion from non unreal/ut games (e.g: Deus Ex) might work, but it's not tested and is not planned to be supported.
- Windows 7+ - 64 Bit Operating System
- Either UT3 or UT4 Editor for output converted map
- Any Unreal (Tournament) game (or UDK) for input converted map
- Some minimum skills with unreal engine editors
$\color{#D29922}\textsf{\Large⚠\kern{0.2cm}\normalsize Warning:}$ Since 15/12/2022, UT4 and the editor are no longer available for download from Epic Games unless you have ever downloaded them prior to this date. You can however still build the editor via UT4 github at https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealTournament
Click on the .exe installer and follow the instructions :
On desktop click on generated shortcut:
You are now invited to setup your unreal game path at first start:
Set the game installation path you need (Unreal and UT3 for example if you want to convert one Unreal map to UT3)
You are now ready to port your first map ! Go to next step : Conversion-with-UT-Converter
