Is it possible to use this in shared Linux hosting?

There is 2 way to use this on shared web host :
1 . the web host you are using disabled firewall so you can easilly open http server on other ports(2083 8080 ....) this is impossible most web host enabled firewall in default but as i see some web hosts disable it so its not soo far
2 . if your host web server is nginx and support custom nginx rules use reverse proxy + http-server
