Which version of XXL-JOB do you using?

The latest one: 2.4.0

Expected behavior

Enable the configuration of PropertiesLauncher, detail in The Executable Jar Format (from spring offcial document). PropertiesLauncher behaves the same as JarLauncher when no additional configuration is provided (description from the document above), so I think it will not cause any new problem (It paased the test writted in the project and the application run just like the one before change).

Actual behavior

The application use JarLauncher which don't support options related to PropertiesLauncher that can used in application startup.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Just use the options metioned in the above document which won't work at all.
