webpack-dev-server write file to disk

因为编译配置文件webpack.dev.js使用了高级语法，所以没有babel-cli的需要先安装babel-cli

step1 npm install babel-cli -g

step2 npm install

step3 npm start

step4 打开 http://localhost:3000
