Mails sent by Forum should appear in the Mail Sending Status #23
Description
Tested on XWiki 10.6 + Forum 2.5.2
In theory Forum should send mails when flagging a comment.
When flagging there is an Administration section, but there is no way to verify that the mail was send successfully. We should mark the status in the Mail Sending dedicated section.
