Confluence exports contain empty paragraphs that seem to be artifacts of their WYSIWYG editor: <p class="auto-cursor-target"><br /></p>

We should avoid importing them. See https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/CONFLUENCE-208

Until this is fixed, and for existing migrated content, we can work around the spacing they add with a CSS rule.
