Add styling of featured item titles for both coloring and positioning #4

Overlay title on top of image instead showing title above the image.
Add controls for changing the text color and background of the title.
Add new custom control for changing the left and top positions of the title overlaying the image.
Add drag-and-drop for changing the title's position inside the preview.

Fix eslint issues
