Eliminate post type names in generic strings #237

The select2 dropdown has a string: Jump to %s where the placeholder is the post type name. This is not translatable in some languages, due to post type names having different genders or other attributes that cause the “Jump to” to need to made in agreement. As such, something more generic should be used.

Any other cases of a post type name being used in a translated string should be removed as well.
