Add link in snapshot edit post screen to view frontend with snapshot applied #49

In addition to the “Edit in Customizer” button there should be a button/link to view the snapshot on the frontend.

See also #47 for ensuring the links on the frontend include the snapshot UUID when browsing around the site.
