MarioBot Version 1

This is the first major release/version for MarioBot. In MarioBot, I have included several changes from LuigIO-V4.lua (what MarioBot is hugely based on). The major changes are the replay of breakthroughs, and disabling upward movement rewards in water levels. I have included LuigIO-V4.lua to show where I got the code from, and to have (some kind of) pre-release version of what would become MarioBot.
