This commit changes it so that if the script is run as root then `sudo` is not used. It also gives `systemctl` precedence over `service` since, god dammit all to hell, we are being forced to move that way.

This merge converts all tabs to spaces at 2 wide, runs commands without
sudoif the user is root, and givessystemctlpreference overservice(to my great sorrow).
