Not working on mac #7

I am using macos high sierra, but everytime I try to open the rails dashboard I starts with booting... and after sometimes it closes itself.

The first thing to validate is whether rails server boots fine without the dashboard.

Separately, this is not working for me with Rails 6 & MacOS 12.
